Our friend Mike Gintz (of Cambridge’s Hex Map) recently got in touch with us asking if we could help raise awareness of this interesting project that he and Jordyn Bonds (maybe you remember her from Big Bear?) are in the midst of.  Boston area locals working hard for the change our planet needs.

Here’s what he had to say:
This is Mike Gintz from Hex Map; I wanted to write to let you know about a non-music project I’m working on.

The upshot is this: me and Jordyn Bonds are trying to crowdfund the money to put an open letter in the Wall Street Journal as a paid ad. The letter is a fairly harsh fingerpointing at global leaders who have failed their children (and all the rest of us) by not doing anything meaningful to slow/halt climate change.

This ad is gonna cost a lot of money – 161,000 dollars. The campaign will run from September 1st to September 30th on Indiegogo.
