Awnaw (of Paxico Records), a Philadelphia DJ collaboration from Swarvy and Josh Hey, headlines the show. If you’ve never heard Awnaw, check out the link below– the set tonight should bring some chilled-out electronic music with the occasional glitch and a healthy dose of jazz and hip-hop influences. Another Philadelphian, F.L.O.T.E. (Altered Ego) joins in the fun, too. F.L.O.T.E. is a master of summery, synth-laden hip-hop. Boston’s own T-Dredz and Justin Kerr round out the bill with even more experimental electronic and hip-hop. It’s the perfect lineup to cool off to on a Tuesday evening in the middle of a heat wave.
