We play a lot of different music at Scanners, but I chose to throw together this techno mix because a) it was fun, clearly, and b) I share a fondness for this type of music with Pat (of Solid State Entity) and W00DY, and I like to make mixes for my friends to enjoy. I’m excited for their sets tonight at the tour kickoff party tonight at Scanners @ Deep Thoughts JP and look forward to gripping their new tapes as well. In Sonitus Lux from Georgia will be kicking things off at 9pm sharp, Trollita will be playing a special DJ set sure to hack your mainframe, and I’ll be throwing down a variety of tracks on wax.
