A sad, but celebratory, night tonight at the Flopera House. This will be the FINAL show at this house that’s been kickin’ around and hosting some life-changing events for some time now. For a send-off, they’ll be having an awards show in which a trio of expert judges (Boston improv legend Gordon Marshall, Weirdo Records‘ Angela Sawyer, and phlantom of the Flopera House himself, Andrew Fleisenberg) will hand out awards based on 2 rounds of performances by some of the most awesome and out there heads around. This would be something to check out even if it weren’t the finale for this pillar of the underground scene. As it stands, it is, so get there!
