There will be FUN (and maybe some blood from all of the fun) tonight when self-labeled “flower punk”, garage band Black Lips gets on the stage at the Paradise. The quartet has been jet setting throughout the states on their Underneath the Rainbow spring tour, showing off the new album packed with songs reminiscent of 1970s southern rock, but with way interesting lyrics. Tagging along are their buds King Khan & BBQ show, aka energetic rock with a doo wop vibe that goes punk when the two of them want.

Get on the B line and have some fun before Monday gets here again.
