Journey down to the dark part of Providence with some gripping, heavy rock n’ roll on a cold, crisp Saturday night. Suicide Magnet is a jarring mix of Jefferson Airplane and deranged noise, while Human Adults pummels the mind with feedback and urgent screams straight from a locked basement. But Altaratla and Corso can’t be beat for weirdo rock swagger and outsidery, pulsing experimentalism either – all of these bands are perfect for a dark evening on the East Coast as the wind howls with the music.
