It will be so much more than just a fundraiser; Be prepared for 24 hours of captivating performance art, all livestreamed to the comfort of your home! We are also setting up a viewing gallery in our space, so you can hang digitally or IRL!
Since its inception, Brain Arts has been a cornerstone for Boston’s underground music and art scene. With a passionate team of over 150 unpaid volunteers, we continuously strive to support the talent that often does not find its place in the mainstream. Boston Hassle, Boston Compass, Black Market, and our very own venue at Dorchester Art Project, all act as amplifiers for marginalized artists and voices, not only in Boston, but worldwide. We have been so fortunate to have the opportunity to work with such incredible talent, and it goes without saying that the tireless efforts of our dedicated team are what made our endeavors possible.
With the help of our generous donors last year, we were able to fund the construction of a new era in Brain Arts history by acquiring our venue space at DAP. This year, we are raising money to improve our space, fund our projects, and sustain GROWTH within the org! So come crash our hang on October 5th and 6th and lend us your hand as we move into even better and brighter years for Brain Arts!
