This rad sound art series (OPEN TUNINGS) lets sound & performance date, mate and even cohabitate three times over. This is first of three projects/installations that will each start off with a live performance @List’s Reference Gallery, followed by an audio/video presentation using materials (recordings or objects) from the performance. Friday night is a collab between musicians/artists/composers DAVID GRUBBS & ELI KESZLER called ONE AND ONE LESS which uses spoken word, percussion and custom-made, sculptural sound boxes to create a new experience using one of Grubb’s poems.
