Soooo library book sales are a goldmine for frugal finds of the educational and recreational kind.  In case you weren’t aware, we’ve got the CITY-WIDE FRIENDS’ RECORD/BOOK SALE happening the first Saturday of every other month @the Boston Public Library in Copley Square. 10/4, 10am-4pm.  Awesome resource if you’re into collage.

Master painter and printmaker FRANCISCO GOYA witnessed and captured the world in transition, creating an oeuvre as broad in subject matter as it is in range of emotions. Go from Romanticism to revolution with GOYA: ORDER AND DISORDER @the MFA, the largest retrospective the U.S. has seen in a quarter century. 10/12-1/19/15

The BOSTON BOOK FEST is turning Back Bay into a literary marketplace, Saturday 10/25.  The schedule is TBA but the day will be packed with workshops, talks, seminars, readings, live music and 150+ presenters @Copley Plaza. FREE & Open to the public!
