Hassle Fest 10. Our annual celebration of the music and art underground of the US (and beyond), New England, and of course the Boston area is here again. For the tenth annual (larger scale) time we put art before commerce and throw a festival that while mind boggling to the “industry types” remains representative of what we as an organization try to accomplish day in and day out at Boston Hassle & Brain Arts Org & Dorchester Art Project & Boston Compass & the Black Market Flea!

Seeing only dead ends in attempting to grow “larger” as a festival we have instead chosen to broaden our Hassle Fest horizons. This year you’ll notice your options have multiplied to the tune of 20+ ALL AGES events taking place @ 10+ venues over 2 days (11/9 & 11/10) in Cambridge, Allston, and Somerville, with Central Sq serving as our fest nexus/epicenter.

We hope that our efforts give the free thinkers, the freaks, the outliers, and all the outsiders a little more room to breathe and to know that their comrades in Boston are not few. Join us in BLOWING OUT Central Square and more in early November and beyond with the many incendiary events that combined, make up Hassle Fest X!!
