Originally from Michigan, Morgan has been living, teaching and performing in and around Boston for several years now. Having studied here in the US and abroad in Italy, this guy knows his way around a violin and offers lessons for those interested in trying something new. Versed in an eclectic mix of styles, Evans-Weiler is comfortable playing everything from jazz and classical to folk but takes things off the charts in live performances that showcase the instrument in ways you didn’t think possible. ‘Experimental’ and ‘extreme’ don’t even begin to cover it. So if you’re planning on sitting around tonight you should probably throw on your shows, enjoy the (slightly) warmer temps and take a stroll over to Weirdo; a place where you never know what you might find.
