Montreal loud as hell pop group that plays meaner and leaner than most of their contemporaries mining similar shoegazing territory. They put out a split 7″ (w/ Marnie Stern) on ASSOCIATED ELECTRONIC RECORDINGS recently which included their song “He Cried” a 6+ minute downer pop fuzz filled dirge. I love that loud pop.
