THE PRIME REVEALER is the name of a new 12″ out on THE GREAT POP SUPPLEMENT single from the trio known as JONAS REINHARDT. The group, led by Jesse Reiner, revels in the kosmische sounds of the 70s and has put out records on KRANKY in the past. This 12″ features 2 songs and was mastered at Abbey Road. “Only Pharaoh”(which you can find below) is a slow build electronic drone that is eventually joined by skittering synths and some lost in the fog drum machine patter. Here you will find a blissful track that eventually floats off into the ether. Below you’ll also find a track called “Historic Loam”, not on this record, but a chance to hear the more upbeat Kraut side of these spacemen.
