Western Mass is getting its share of snow already, but the warm heart beats true at Flywheel tonight. Cincinnati’s LEGGY are coming through on an East Coast/Canadian tour, bringing dark, spunky, reverb heavy garage pop. They’re supported by a spirited trinity of the finest dare-I-say ‘scene veterans’ of the Pioneer Valley: the Husker Du-meets-Dino Jr. anthems of BLESSED STATE; the noisy, breathless, brooding post-punk of LONGINGS; and the wistful, fuzzy, MBV-worshipping bliss-pop of KINDLING. LEGGY are certainly in the finest of company tonight, and you should join them.
