Let’s face it: it’s been downright miserable in Boston these past few days and the windy rain seems to be hanging on with all its got. But that’s no reason to stay inside moping when our friends over at Kids Like You & Me have put together an exceptional lineup for their show at Club Bohemia tonight. Providence band Ravi Shavi will be making a welcome appearance headlining the concert, complete with their entertaining brand of folk-tinged garage pop. The band’s bouncy riffs, pulsing percussion, and endearingly whiny vocals are enough to make you forget about the windstorm that may or may not be cutting out your power at any given moment.

And to round out the night, KLYAM is bringing the charming, lo-fi noise pop of Allston band Big Buck Hunter into the mix. Psych rockers Phaze and the deconstructed punk sounds of Gangbang Gordon will also be featured, cementing the bill as a solid sonic experience not to be missed.
