TONIGHT at the Great Scott in Allston, Jad Fair and Danielson are dropping by for their next tour stop in promotion of their new collaboration, Solid Gold Heart, a soft and sweet gem of a rock’n’roll album out on Joyful Noise and Sounds Familyre. This album is but one fruit of Jad Fair’s, a founding member of the legendary weirdo rock outfit Half Japanese, time as the 2014 Artist in Residence at Joyful Noise.  It’s some seriously rich music you won’t want to miss. This illustrious duo will be joined by Dear Creek, some soulful folk rockers out of Winchester, Virginia whose unrestrained vocal odysseys will make your heartstrings positively tremble. Keep an ear out for their new album So it Goes. This will be an otherworldly evening to strip you of material woes, so come on out and bring all of your friends! Just hop off at Harvard Ave. on the Green Line and you’re pretty much there!
