The Boston soil once again offers three of its psychedelic rock offspring: CreaturoS, The Fagetttes and Magic Shoppe, to support a guest from the not-so-far-away Middleborough, BLACK BEACH. Our guest are here to present their latest record – “Play Loud. Die!”, a slab of abrasive and crunchy hard rock that is best when played, well, um, loud! MAGIC SHOPPE spool out shimmering psychedelic riffs with that devolve into interstellar attack of drone. THE FAGETTES takes out the trash like a bratty kid with a smarmy but oh-so-charming attitude. Lastly, CREATUROS are relentlessly enjoyable, with an endless barrage of kickdrum and guitar sparring until all faces are sufficiently melted. Why don’t you try getting destroyed for once?
