The Allston-area EDM scene heats up tonight for (SUB) TERRANEAN at Brighton Music Hall. Sponsored by passion project company Khross, the event is guaranteed to be an inspired exposé of local DJs, producers, live rappers and vocalists. M|O|D’s own C.Z. (Colby Zinser) will operate in the modern bass production style he is known for, tailor made for the rat city nightclub bubble. The eclectic tentacles of Moduloktopus (Wigbert ‘Wiggz’ Caro) will stretch from hip-hop, with soulful rhymes from Agari Crew’s Jtronious, Smoke Some, and Drell; to that Latin swag performed live by roots vocalists Bebo and Padro, and drummer/videographer Frankie Leroux. With back-to-back percolations from newcomer bass music DJ/producer Dumka (Phil Dumka) and (Sub) Spot Presents radio show co-founder Kidd Drunkadelic, the night is sure to offer numerous peaks below the surface of independent EDM.
