Some nights you wanna stay in and catch a chill folk show or something… and some nights you really just wanna rock! Well if you’re in the latter of those two states tonight, it might behoove you to head over to The Middlesex Lounge in Cambridge tonight for Swerve 3. This one features some pretty surefire party-starters from Providence in Math The Band to give you that quirky-jerky electronic dancey punk sound all the kids (and all the heads!) can’t get out of their heads or their hips. Joining them tonight are local fun poppers Naga Gaga, recently back together and ready to start right where they left off – at the top of their game! If all that ain’t enough for ya, DADT’s beloved DJ Drasher and Middlesex house DJ El Poser will be rockin’ some sick tracks between sets, and there will be a special performance by Nikki Rhodes at some point as well. You know, some may argue it’s possible to have too much of a good thing, but if you’re the kind to whom this show seems to be pushing at the boundaries of “too much fun”, why not test the hypothesis? 9pm 21+ $7
