Zip on over to Central Square TONIGHT for a night of heavy, heady jams! From the rich musical soil of Ann Arbor, Michigan Sproton Layer emerged in the late 1960s crafting foot-stomping psychedelic jams with driving guitar, throbbing bass, crashing drums, and Latin-tinged trumpet. After disbanding in the early 70s, founding member Roger Miller went on to form Mission of Burma here in Boston while his younger brothers-guitarist Ben and drummer Larry- went on to play in Destroy All Monsters. JP post-punk sludge poppers Aykroyd will be kicking off the night before Sproton Layer takes the stage for their Boston debut. Quench your Thursday thirst with some fat and juicy psychedelic jams!
