No surprise that the best show going on this Monday night (and there are several this evening) is at Charlie’s Kitchen in Harvard Square. In addition to being a fine place to get a beer/burger/whatever Charlie’s has been hosting killer rock and roll shows every Monday for quite some time now and it is most definitely a thing. Then again, it’s always a thing when PILE explodes their raw and catchy post-punk rock all over a crowd, especially after other top local bands get em warmed the fuck up first. Tonight the pretty new (more pretty than new) catchy garage pop mongers FAT CREEPS will set the pick and GRASS IS GREEN will mow down whoever is in the way of their heavy duty rock.
