Okay, the weekend is coming to a close, but there’s no reason to be down: TT’s has a killer lineup playing tonight. First up is Destruction Unit, who rock with their own unique brand of psychedelic, Arizona-born desert punk. Fat Possum signees Milk Music will also take the stage. Originally hailing from Olympia, Washington, Milk Music has a penchant for punchy rock tunes that are equal parts lo-fi, low-key, and heartfelt. Headliners Merchandise, who released their latest album, Totale Nite, in April, are known for their ethereal, shoegaze-influenced pop. Something about them is a always bit hazy and mysterious, which makes them perfect for a show at the beginning of what’s sure to be a long, hot summer. Check the video below to watch them play a dynamite live set for Record Store Day a couple months back. You can expect much the same tonight. Wowza!
