Hometown heroes ABADABAD are bringing their surfy swells and dreamy, laid-back luster to the stage of O’Brien’s in celebration of their new single, Take It Slow, recorded at Converse Rubber Tracks in New York. In support are Philadelphia foot-stomping psych-rockers DRGN KING (Bar None Records), still riding high on the release of their first full-length, Paragraph Nights. Opening up are local art-pop maestros Kid Mountain, whose glittery tones and chill vibes will get the evening started right. Summer’s around the corner, and tonight’s jams will sound the alarm.
