Come out to the Great Scott tonight to see JEFF the Brotherhood and Hunters crush it once again! JEFF the Brotherhood rocks their trademark sound – washed out fuzzy three-string guitar and snappy drums, all rolled up in blues and Southern porch music and punk beats. Hunters (from Brooklyn) is the perfect band to be touring with JTB; their sound is slightly frayed around the edges, and uses a similar fat fuzz with erratic drum fills, punchy lyrics, and caterwall licks. Tonight also marks the return of everyone’s favorite trash-talking gutter punks SKIMASK. Make up for your absence last night – not everyday you get a second chance.
