It’s always a good idea to visit weird Western Mass, from the breathtaking landscape to the holy Bueno burritos and the absolutely outstanding record stores: you can die happy in Amherst and Northampton alike. Tonight it’s all about the latter. Feeding Tube Records, located at 90 King Street in downtown Northampton, is one of our favorite places in world and also happens to be an impeccable record label. Tonight Feeding Tube is having a release show for several releases we are simply ecstatic about. BLANCHE BLANCHE BLANCHE has two new LPs out (Overall and Alots B4) and don’t seem to play out that much so are especially worth catching. Chris Weisman has a brand new LP version of “Saved In Chats”, his brilliant cassette from a few years back, and will be joined by his brother and fellow musical mastermind Kurt Weisman for a special performance. Plus local legend Ben Hersey will artfully articulate verbose vocalizations like you’ve never heard before. Seriously, this show is ridiculous. Organize a carpool!
