Tonight at the Paradise – socially conscious verbal acrobat Aesop Rock is coming through with his buds Rob Sonic and DJ Big Whiz from San Francisco musical collective 900Bats. Though they’re billed seperately, its pretty clear this trio will be performing together as Hail Mary Mallon. Expect highly combustable breakbeats and a veritable torrent of urgent, earnest rhymes too insightful and groovy to resist. Along for the ride are the silky fresh rap duo Dark Time Sunshine and future beat juggler Edison. Heavy vibes all around.
