Tonight New York City’s CSC FUNK come to town. The band features members of many fine NYC bands(Colin L Orchestra, Dick Heaven, Invisible Circle, Gwar to name but a few) stirring up a raw funk with horns, and percussion and all the rest of it, and then throwing wayfaring solos atop it that lean heavily into some psychedelic territory. So psych and funk/groove fans LOOK OUT! MANY MANSIONS, also from NYC, but of Boston origin, also makes the trip up to share his special blend of world music sample-age, and electronic beats and bleats.
