Over at Brighton Music Hall(located in Allston btw) one of the world’s most wonderfully poppy early indie rock/post-punk bands grace us with their presence. New Zealand heroes THE CLEAN, so very influential Down Under, and with every year that passes more and more so everywhere else it would seem, bring their now aged, but surely still great jangling and raggedly distorted underground sounds to Boston tonight. They had the first release on FLYING NUN RECORDS in 81′ and they’ve been making music fairly consistently ever since, so what are you waiting for?! You either already love this band, or you are quickly realizing that you need to download their records. Really, as a fan of underground rock/indie rock sounds it is your duty to get these guys under your belt.
