HYENA are propagators of the nightmare, with their smoldering freaky folk melodies accented by distraught horns, and outlandish drums. Like a mental meltdown seared into song, this crisis is the good kind… Just enough angst, all the desperate urgency, tastefully tinged with lunacy. After that, take a cleansing aural dip and chill out with The Broons and their soulful folk twanged country rock. Let them iron out the kinks with their jangly sweet sincerity.
