It will be all rock at Charlie’s Kitchen tonight, thanks to the oh so busy folks over at Fast Apple. Kal Marks will spit some more of those fuzzed out melodies and ardent croons, while the grimy but catchy riffs of Nice Guys and their partners-in-crime Miami Doritos (both back from a wicked Northeast tour) will shake things up in a smoky barrage of headbanging crowd movers. Also be sure not to miss ironically named Buttercup as they smash detuned guitar against blunt rhythm amidst fits of lyrical cynicism that might make you want to burn money. This one’s sure to be a sturdy brew of killer licks and candy sweet distortion, so you should head out to Harvard Square tonight if you’re lookin’ to get your groove on.
