Eye Design have once again designed a stellar bill to kick-start your Sunday night over at the Middlesex Lounge. Chicago-based headliners Dead Rider (featuring members of seminal 90’s rock experimenters U.S. Maple) will be bringing their throbbing electronic strut to the stage TONIGHT complete with pounding live drums and velvety vocals to get your body and your soul groovin’.

Riding the waves of success from 2013’s 6 track juggernaut Gay Disco and a recent tour with Cloud Becomes Your Hand and Ryan Power, Boston’s own Guerilla Toss will also be on hand to unleash their familiar, Boston-bred insanity this evening. If you’ve been lucky enough to catch G-Toss dance and shred their way through a set in recent months, you know that the energy this group brings to every show is inhuman, so don’t be surprised if you are quickly covered in a mixture of your own and other people’s sweat by the end of their opener “Trash Bed.”

Fellow Boston rockers Horsehands are set to deliver their proggy, melodic garage punk jams tonight as well, using angular guitar lines and adventurous arrangements to carve a subtely strange sonic space that feels both familiar and alien. Northampton’s sonic-journeymen Bunnies are set to open the night with some extended, layered compositions that manage to encompass krautrock, experimental electronics, and post-punk with propulsive flexibility throughout.

As if the variety of wild sounds contained in this lineup weren’t enticing enough, everydayisamixtape will also be DJing between every set to keep the vibes flowin’ throughout the night. So come check it out!
