The crew of Infinity Girl turns shoegaze on its head: their styles range from hypermanic croon-sessions to explosive ballads, and every tune is dripping with sticky reverb and echo. Raucous garage pop is the specialty of Chicago’s Thunders, and they’re zippy gritty riffs are punctuated by heavily accented drumbeats and wailing vocals.
