Mondays can be fun days, especially with the wonderful Weirdo Records around to provide ya’ll with a weekly dose of crazy via “The Series on Mondays”. Case in point: TONIGHT’s show featuring a collaborative set between Cody and Thor Malliet!
These two adventurous, local noise explorers conjur up more than enough sonic gloom and black magic to help you transcend beyond whatever the rest of your week may entail. Their most recent appearance on record together (released six days ago) is a harsh, white-noise filled journey guided by spacey, metallic guitars known as the Sexual Awareness EP. If you want to terrify some neighbors, blasting these few tracks at odd hours of the day wouldn’t hurt.
