For one night only Erich Haygun’s monthly shindig Cheap Seats fuses with Whitehaus alum/ Bang Bros. brutha Mark Johnson’s kinetic mini-fest Raw Meet for Cheap Meet. As Mark bids farewell to New England as he journeys South to Philadelphia, he’s assembled a STACKED lineup of local noise-makers for an explosive night of back-to-back sets performed in rapid-fire succession! Get down and dirty with the haunting tape-loop harp concoctions of Sophie Dickinson, the skronky live-sampled licks of Sunk Heaven (Austin Sley Julian of Sediment Club), acid-washed tape-mashers LSDV, the psych-country stylings of Whitehaus res Con Tex, a special screening of Carlos Gonzalez of Russian Tsarlag’s film “Shattered World Fragments”, and SO MUCH MORE!
