Dudes’ been busy alright! Sure it took awhile for DIY Boston stalwarts NEEDY VISIONS to get their second release to, um, well, release (the 11-tune tape DEUCE out now on BUFU RECORDS) but what with running operations here at BOSTON HASSLE, producing THE BOSTON COMPASS, plus exploring the darker side as an entirely different band AYKROYD; Dan and Sam deserve not only our patience, but our love as well. So come out and celebrate this collection of old school Pixine guitar chunk spliced with soul, psyche and garage. GREAT VALLEY will be there, they of the watery guitars, broken-machine-like rhythms and visionary lyricraft. Their show last November was freakadelicious, and also happened to feature melodic Allston noisemakers FUMEHOOD who will bring us tonight new additions of their Asian-pop-infused dream and frenzy to warm us up with adorableness. This is a happy music happening.
