Armageddon Record Shop has been an institution in Providence over on Broadway since 2001. Specializing in punk, related musics, and in general just a huge swath of underground sounds, many would be punkers and metalheads have referred to the place as “their ” record shop. We lucky Bostonians, etc., are now lucky enough to be able to do so the same (not that some of us didn’t already do so before the Harvard Sq. store opened, but now (as Boston people) we can feel less bad about doing such). Anyhow, buy records from these people! They rule!!! So great to have a punk oriented record shop in the Boston area once again.
