Headliners The Growlers are kind of like if Julian Casablancas sucked a little helium and started fronting a sugar-hearted surf band. Cosmonauts are laid-back, hazy, and loud, and have noise wars with cops. Gap Dream translates peaceful longing into guitar licks all by himself, while Together Pangea sound like they enter every stage through a flaming motorcycle hoop.  And if all goes well, Portland favorites White Fang and lapsed Bostonian Colleen Green will finally meld, once and for all, into the coolest smoke-stained denim jacket ever.
