Get stoked about bands old and new TONIGHT – upstairs at the Middle East. Headliners The Nickel and Dime Band, fronted by JP vet Rick Berlin, will surely deliver their signature feel-good brand of classic rock ‘n’ roll. Allston up-and-comers St. Nothing will bring dreamy – yet danceable – synth vibes. Londoner Oyinda contributes something different to the lineup with her intriguing blend of electro-pop and soul. Rounding out the bill is Vermont’s Cult Florescent, who dabble in shoegaze-centered noise rock. The lineup has been curated by local promoter Illegally Blind, who has a “focus on community vibes more than genre.”
