If you want to start your week off on the right foot, then you better get those feet on over to O’Brien’s Pub in Allston for TONIGHT’s doozy of a bill brought to you by Cambridge-based booking extraordinaire’s Illegally Blind! Bringing a much needed dose of absurd humor to the week-night bar scene will be the Wham City arts collective, who have made their way from Baltimore’s local arts community to the national stage thanks to some recent, side-splitting segments on Adult Swim. Their tour includes four comedians running through skits, video, and monologues in a multimedia comedy journey.

Following the Wham City performance will be two tight and surfy sets, beginning with South Shore up and coming fuzz-faces, Black Beach. This trio deftly combines surf rock swagger with 90’s alternative textures, resulting in a raging, groovey live show that always gets the feet movin’. Adding their own, rawer take on the garage rock template will be Boston’s own Miami Doritos. These two fellas thrash through a psychedelic and punk-infused approach to rock ‘n roll’s early days in a gritty, catchy-as-hell fashion.

It’s not too often that you get to witness comedic genius and rip-roaring rock music on the same night, let alone on the same bill. So don’t miss out!
