Urochromes are a new western Mass act with members of the Sediment Club and Cheri Love. The teaser video below features two tracks from their upcoming Get In Line 4 Mental Decline demo tape. This is some killer punk rock with an industrial sort of clatter that makes them fit in with outsider acts like Mars and Chrome, yet with a catchier overall vibe. I don’t wanna be like me! Urochromes is something like Boulders set to a more manic version of a Sediment Club drum beat. Urochromes are just one of the many new bands tearing up western Mass, but they are one of the best.
