Now here is a show that is sure to delight. As you all know, Boston is in the grips of the week-long electronic dance frenzy that is Together Festival. For three years running now, this awesome fest has been bringing an array of booty-shakin’ beats, making sure everybody knows about the freshest Boston producers and DJs. Theyve hosted many spectacular shows this week, but of course theyve saved the best for the weekend.

Boston’s prodigal son Oneohtrix Point Never returns to Boston to show some hometown love in the form of intricate, delicate, impeccable electronic landscapes. No doubt he’s prepared a special aural treat thatll wrap our brains in layer upon layer of soft saccharine sweetness, before throwing us all down that rabbit hole of drone-dream doom. He is supported by the unholy trinity of Sonnymoon, Teebs, and Time Wharp, all fresh off an extensive US tour with local homies JASS. These brothers (and sister) compliment each other like no other, throwing together disparate beats smothered in delicious ear-tickling textures, flavored with shots of 90’s RnB, house, juke, g-funk, blended together to make a rich smoothie of psychedelic dance tunes. If you don’t already know, Teebs is a premier future beat maker, part of FlyLo’s Brainfeeder crew. Sonnymoon, those lovely Allston sweethearts, make pop crooners over minimal synth beats. And, of course, fellow local Time Wharp will surely tear it up with his lovingly crafted, genre-busting deconstructed house jams. Come on down and shake off that weekday funk with some proper party bangers -you won’t regret it.
