It’s a shame, though at least there’s Soundcloud to bring us gems from the overseas wilds of places like Birmingham, UK– take The Castillians’ “Piggy in the Middle” as an example.

“Piggy in the Middle”‘s brash vocals and rollocking bass line bridge the gap between raucous basement rock you’d like to drink a cheap beer to and old-fashioned rockabilly. It’s a genre gap you might not have considered before, but listening to this song for a few times makes you wonder if it even exists in the first place.
