Obediencia Debida is the second LP from Mallorca’s Orden Mundial, out now on the venerable La Vida Es Un Mus label. The new album steps up the the quality of song writing and the overall abrasiveness of the raw, primitive hardcore over their already strong debut. While comparisons can be made to LVEUM labelmates Destruye Huye Krea, the more obvious touchstones are Mecht Mensch and Wretched. This is nasty and noisy hardcore that can stand with much of the best Midwestern USHC of 80s, and captures its energy and frenzy. The blownout vocals, buzzsaw guitar, piercing feedback, and dynamic drumming make Obediencia Debida memorable, and show just why it is up to La Vida Es Un Mus’ standard of excellence.
