I don’t even know if these guys still play or not(but upon checking into even slightly it appears that they do!), but I’m a big sucker for 8-bit sounds, and well these folks are local, and they’re doing it pretty damn well. Part of the Boston 8-bit crew. Driving, anthemic would be video game soundtracks, and they do it live and make it seem fun(from what I’ve seen on video. Guitar and live drums on the album work as well. It often comes down to great songwriting for me, and these guys have got that in spades. The record sounds amazing. Can’t wait to have these guys play a Bodies of Water show. LISTEN.
