Weirdest weirdness from FASTEST here. Learned about this one through Aquarius Records. This guy has a keyboard. He uses it for all his percussion as well as for the main instrument(using a truly awful and grating fake guitar sound most of the time). The vocals are kind of whispered, almost Metal-like in some way. Beats vary from rock to pulsing dance music, and at times there is a sheen of effects on one thing or another. Vocals get really evil sounding on a few tracks, including my favorite, “Seasons Change.” Outsider music here, of a truly curious and strangely melodic variety. Rhythms collide and fight constantly, and melodies do the same, but it’s got something that hooks you. And wait, was that a real acoustic guitar? CHECK IT OUT!
