New recording project from the Brooklyn based Pat Murano, member of underground weird rock/improv gang NO NECK BLUES BAND.  DECIMUS is a serious slow burn. Loops of effects laden vocals meet with wandering synths, and electronic melodies with no home to go to, all over sheets of ambient drone. This is mesmerizing stuff. This record, DECIMUS 5(the first in a 12 part series), out on KELLIPAH, features two sides of slowly growing drones. Dense, and at times unsettingly, and at times chaotic, this is some serious get out of your head, beyond plain old drone business.
