Father Alexander returns to an older recording by the group
in preparation for their latest release, Healers Paradise.
Pleasant Druidic sounds. I say sounds because there are
extended segues. Pleasant. Simply constructed out of a-
coustic guitars and nice tape effects. Dream-like and l-
azy. Foggy Berkshires. Sensation of drifting slowly down
a river.
I would have enjoyed listening when I was younger. And w-
hen I listen to it now I think I like it now but I would
have liked it when I was younger. I mentioned Druidic mu-
sic. It isn’t heavy on vocals/lyrics. As I mentioned the
extended sound segues. Soundscapes.
Sound is also a nautical term. A body of water. So, Heal-
ers Co created a nice trip from one island to the next.
Both are a pleasant listen. Independent states. Cordial.
No irony. No profound insights. Inherent profound insigh-
ts. Lyrically unobtrusive. Words don’t command attention.
Fine for reading.
