Last Sunday, I had the chance to catch up with the Boston band Mini Dresses at their practice space in Arlington, MA. You can check out a live performance of their single “Bracelets.” It’s available on their new EP FOUR, recently released on the new Boston-based record label Little Death Records, which puts out limited edition handmade cassette tapes. Mini Dresses is the first release from Little Death Records, which I thought was a great fit. The band is very genuine in their recording process, which they do all on their own, straight to cassette—a very authentic touch that is rarely found anymore.
