ROTTEN APPLES are always down to rattle your comfy numb cage with those reckless homespun blues. The nasty boys in NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS sound like a root canal without the Novocain with serrated riffs and head-bashing beat. DESIGNER just plain destroy with that psychotic trashcan noise. HOT TUB PANORAMA churn a vile couldrun bubbling with dark, mean drones and melted beats. THE CARTERS could do anything, be anybody, anywhere; the only thing predicatble about them is that they’ll kill it. Christmas came early this year, kiddies.
