So there’s this low down dirty rock show happening over at O’Brien’s in Allston tonight. RICER are up from Atlanta to shake out those angsty jangle grunge-pop grooves. Boston power-trio CORDARO, GILES & STRONGE play pummeling post-punk skrunk with sharp, serrated riffs and a jazzy attitude. TRESPASSER do that dancey post-hardcore gutter pop thing that seems so popular these days. The band to really watch out for though is THE VEGANS – these dudes got some catchy garage pop hooks, searing hot riffs and party-bop back beats, basically everything your looking for in a fun tuesday night.
